Just wanted to let you know that this past couple of weeks, I'v been up in North Dakota, in a town call "Willison, ND.
Anyway while I was up there visiting, my friend David, that you meet at the "Yellow Rose", in Denison, TX, I got him your CD, to take back to North Dakota. I then found out he has a good friend, that is a DJ at a local radio station, there in Willison, ND.
Anyway, David was talking to his friend about meeting you, and had Joe,(the DJ there in Willison, ND), listen to your CD, I got for him, and Dave, told me how much Joe, enjoyed listing to your CD, and Dave let him borrow the CD, to play at the radio station there in Willison, ND. Oh yea, by the way the call letter's of the radio station are, KDSR 100,Willison, North Dakota.
I was told that by my friend David, that Joe,(the DJ), was going to play your CD on the radio, on March 30th &31st, and the next day, I called the radio station and spoke to Joe, and he told me that right after he played your songs, that there were people calling in asking who the person was that had sang the songs he had just played on the radio, and then people were calling in to request the songs to be played, and believe it,or not the two songs that Joe played, were none other than, "Alone With You", and "I Knew". Plus after talking to Joe a few times, he would like to have a phone interview, with you,at your convience.
The Radio Station call letters are as follow: KDSR 100, Willison, ND, and the phone number is:701-5724478, and ask for Joe, or as he's known on the radio, and "Country Joe". Anyway, Pat I just wanted to let you know that you are being heard up in Willison, ND, alot, and that you are very popular up in another part of North Dakota. So now you can add KDSR 100,Willison, ND, to you list of Radio Station's, that are playing your music.
I have but one request, is there anyway you could send or get a copy or your CD to Joe, at the radio station,and then David can get his back, soon. I'd appreciate it if you can. I'm back in Texas, for awhile,so I hope to get to see you soon,of course at the Yellow Rose, here in Denison, until then, take care and I'll drop you more stuff later.
